Recently, we’ve seen Hwang Minhyun as actor Minhyun in Alchemy of Souls portraying Seo Yul and MC Minhyun in Boys Planet. It has been a while since we’ve seen idol-singer Minhyun, now debuting as a solo artist, and having him sing again is such a wonderful treat to his new fans. He has the sweetest voice – very pleasing to the ears. You’d love to listen to his chill songs while studying, reading, and relaxing!
Hidden Side is the title track in his first mini album, Truth or Lie. The mini album contains six amazing songs that talk of Minhyun’s many sides and invite us listeners to discover and eventually “possess” them all. Listen to the highlight medley below:
Hidden Side talks of a lover asking his new beloved to look at him beyond what meets their eyes. The lyrics say “look inside and find my hidden side” as the lover bares himself and lets them see a little deeper with the lines “you can see / every little disorganized feeling / don’t miss out on this moment”.
